How many photographers do I need for my conference?
One photographer covers a single-track program of up to a few hundred attendees. Add a photographer for each concurrent track you need documented, plus one for the expo floor and sponsor activations at larger summits. We map the team to your run-of-show so every room that matters has coverage without paying for rooms that don’t.
Can you deliver photos during the event?
Yes. With an on-site editor or Digital Asset Manager, finished selects reach your PR and social teams within minutes of the moment. Same-day highlight sets are available without an on-site editor. The full gallery is delivered within 48 hours of event close.
Do you cover breakout sessions and the expo floor, or only the main stage?
Everything on the agenda: keynotes, panels, breakouts, workshops, sponsor booths, registration, networking, and receptions. Coverage is built from one master shot list so breakouts and sponsor deliverables are scheduled, not left to chance.
How is multi-day conference photography priced?
Per photographer, per day. Multi-day programs are quoted from your agenda so crew size can change day to day. Same-day editing, an on-site Digital Asset Manager, and videography are separate line items. See the full pricing guide.
What usage rights come with the photos?
Full commercial rights on every delivered image, included in the quote. Use them in press, social, sponsor recaps, investor materials, and campaigns with no additional licensing fees.
Are you insured for venue requirements?
Yes. We carry full liability coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance on request for Moscone Center, Chase Center, hotel ballrooms, and corporate campuses.
Do you also shoot conference video?
Yes. Videography crews can be added for keynote capture, highlight reels, and speaker interviews. Photo and video are coordinated under the same planning contact so your producer briefs one team.
Do you travel outside San Francisco?
We are based in San Francisco and Napa Valley and cover conferences across the Bay Area and nationwide, including recent programs in Las Vegas. Travel is quoted per event.
