Can you support multi-track conferences and large, high-attendance productions?

Yes. We regularly staff and coordinate multi-photographer teams to cover concurrent sessions, breakouts, exhibit halls, sponsor activations, and VIP movements. You’ll have a dedicated lead producer ensuring we capture every critical moment without overlap or operational friction.

Do you provide conference videography as well?

Yes. We partner with cinema-quality videography teams to cover keynotes, panels, crowd energy, and b-roll. Combining photo and video ensures a unified editorial style and simplifies production management. We can also deliver on-site social edits for rapid post visibility.

Are you insured / can you provide a COI?

Yes. We carry full business insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue or corporate office. We also arrive with fully backed-up, pro-level equipment—we’re set up for professional environments.

How quickly can we expect images during and after our event?

Our workflow is designed for fast-moving conference teams. We deliver real-time or same-day highlights for press and social coverage, with full gallery delivery typically within 48 hours—even for multi-day summits. For peak visibility, we can embed an on-site editor to supply assets continuously throughout the event.

How do you ensure images align with our brand quality and messaging?

We collaborate closely with your marketing and production teams to define brand-aligned visual guidelines before the event, including color accuracy, tonal style, hero framing, and social-optimized crops. Every delivered asset reinforces your event’s brand identity and strategic objectives.

We need a large volume of assets — but our team struggles to organize and find them later. Can you help?

Absolutely. All images are delivered in a metadata-tagged, searchable library, so your team can retrieve key assets instantly—grouped by speaker, sponsor, session, or theme. We also provide VIP-focused collections and sponsor-specific deliverables ready for immediate distribution.

Can we publish the photos on our website and social media?

Absolutely. Your license allows you to use the images on all your digital platforms. We simply ask for photo credit when feasible, though it’s not required.

How do we book your services?

Contact us with your event details, and we’ll send over a custom quote the same day. Once you accept the quote and secure your date with a deposit, we are all set. We’ll guide you every step of the way for a smooth experience.

What is your cancellation policy for conferences and summits?

To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Cancellations due to force majeure events may qualify for a refund—please ask for full policy details when you book.
