Yes. We partner with dedicated event videographers for keynote capture, panel coverage, b-roll, and vertical social clips. Photo and video are coordinated under a single editorial approach, so both teams work from the same shot list and brand priorities without getting in each other's way. Deliverables can include highlight reels, full session recordings, and short-form cuts formatted for LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal communications. If you need both photo and video, we handle the coordination so you have one point of contact for the full visual package.

Yes. Professional editing is included in all packages and rates. Every delivered image is edited for color accuracy, tone, exposure consistency, and overall polish before it reaches you. This is not a batch auto-edit: each image is reviewed individually to ensure it meets the standard your brand requires for marketing, PR, and executive visibility use. For key hero images, such as keynote speaker portraits, stage moments, or executive candids, additional retouching is available upon request and can be prioritized for same-day or next-morning delivery when timing is critical.

We offer three delivery tiers depending on your needs. Instant delivery brings selected images during your event for real-time social publishing or live venue screen display, handled by an on-site editor we provide. Same-day turnaround delivers essential images within hours of your event wrapping, so your team can capitalize on social momentum while it's still live. Next-day delivery gets you fully edited galleries within 24 hours, versus the industry standard of one to two weeks. All three options are available and can be discussed as part of your proposal.

We typically deliver 50 to 75 edited images per hour of coverage, depending on event scale, programming density, and the number of photographers on site. A four-hour single-photographer event might yield 200 to 300 final images; a full-day conference with two photographers will produce significantly more. We prioritize quality over volume, so every delivered image has cleared an editorial review rather than padding your gallery with redundant frames. The exact count is always secondary to making sure the key moments, speakers, and brand interactions are fully covered.

Yes. We carry full business liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue, event location or workplace upon request.

Standard licensing covers your organization's marketing, website, internal communications, and future event promotion. If you need broader usage, such as partner co-branding, sponsor deliverables, or paid advertising, that can be added to your license and will be outlined clearly in your proposal.

Yes. We travel for events throughout California and select national markets. Our base in the San Francisco Bay Area keeps travel costs low for most Bay Area and Northern California events. Travel, hotel, and logistics are quoted transparently upfront as part of your proposal. Share your event location and we'll include all details in your same-day quote.

Share your event details using our request a quote form and we'll respond with availability and a custom proposal, typically the same day. Once you're ready to move forward, we confirm your date with a signed agreement and deposit.

Booking requires a non-refundable 50% deposit that secures your date and initiates pre-event planning. For force majeure cancellations, the deposit converts to a credit toward a rescheduled date. Date changes are accommodated whenever possible, with the original deposit transferring to the new date. Full terms covering rescheduling and multi-day engagements are included in your service agreement.
